The Local in Kempten

Unfortunately, the vegetarian citizen was nothing to my taste. Two huge wheat-soy patties with a hint of vegetables. Instead of avocado cream, there were three mini pieces of avocado on it, unfortunately there was no salad. At least the wedges were good for that. The burger with meat is said to have been very good.

One last time before the lockdown. And it was (as always) great! Really delicious food, great ambience and mega wine - Lugana ❤️ Giuseppe is a great host and we look forward to dining with him again soon.

We loved the homemade pasta filled with porcini mushroom ragout with black truffles and salsicca.

We had the opportunity to experience a Feel the World Travel Cooking Class at The Local in Kempten and that was great fun. The host Guiseppe provided his beautifully furnished restaurant "The Local" a) as a location and b) gave instructions for successfully preparing a Allgäu dish. The overall result was more than impressive, tasted fantastic and our group had great fun preparing it together. To set up a real Allgäu cooking class together with The Local, we would like to repeat that and not only feel the world, but also The Local & the Allgäu from a culinary point of view ;-) Until next time Peppe :-)

This is the best restaurant in kempten. We tried the starter, burger and a pasta dish each of which had an excellent taste. We were all extremely satisfied. At the end of the evening there was the chocolate sufle that was the highlight. The local itself is very cozy. We will come again and recommend it to everyone.

Started well after opening, recently underground. Constantly no pizza, missing ingredients, limited menu, long waiting times and lack of social skills in dealing with inconveniences. Unfortunately no more visits for the time being. ☹️

I ordered a salad mega good! Absolutely top price for such good food. Lierfenat friendly can recommend with a clear conscience! Since the other delivery services can cut a slice! 5 star restaurant!

We like to go to the local, the food is absolutely great. Here is freshly cooked and you can taste it.

+ The food is qualitative and the taste is really good. - Service is still expandable had to wait a long time for my drink - no pizza at the Italian 🤷 - The portions are unfortunately a bit too small for an adult male - The price is a bit too high for the offered performance. - Some dishes just didn't exist anymore - + the selection of dishes is a little too small.

Super delicious food, vegetarian friendly and nice atmosphere. I've been there twice now and I'm really excited!
